- We had an outage incident this morning at approximately 8am Mountain time. The outage lasted approximately 1 hour. We apologize for this unplanned outage. Here's what happened - we had a switch that was having problems and needed to be reset. Generally, the reset should've been unnoticeable. However, once reset, it got into a reset cycle and reset itself a few times. It was necessary to power it down and bring it back up to correct the issue.
We sincerely apologize for this. We will review our contingency plans and make necessary improvements in our processes to make sure this type of outage does not occur again.
